Over time, the body stores tension like folded stories in our connective tissue - fascia. Whether caused by stress, injury, or repetitive movement patterns, these internal restrictions can limit our range of motion, disrupt fluid movement, and compromise our natural vitality.
In these 1:1 sessions, I draw on my training in yoga (500 hrs), fascia-informed mobility, and breath-based embodiment practices, alongside a fresh certification in Movements Essentials - Myofascial Movement & Screening and Release with renowned specialist John Polley (Australia), to help you gently unravel and re-pattern the way your body moves and feels.
You’ll be seen, heard, and guided through:
– A fascia-aware body map, based on your posture, range of movement, and personal concerns
– Tailored release exercises to hydrate and free restricted areas
– A progressive mobility plan, rooted in safety and somatic intelligence
– Integration tools such as breath, Yin shapes, intuitive movement, and self-awareness
– Optional audio/video summaries to support your home practice
These sessions are non-clinical and designed to support your unique journey toward more fluid, empowered, and embodied living.
