The yoga sessions with Téia and Robin were wonderful and I enjoyed being introduced to Qigong by Michelle. The swimming and thermal pools were lovely and there was plenty of time to relax and enjoy delicious food. Exploring the beautiful local town and the sulphur springs was a highlight. In the 5 days I felt I made new friends, really benefited from the yoga and meditation and have come home relaxed and reconnected. Thank you, Téia, Robin and Michelle.” …
